Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Solana NFT Creator. They explain what the service does, what you're responsible for, and what we're liable for.
Last updated: March 22, 2026
01 Acceptance
By using Solana NFT Creator ("the service", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02 Description of Service
We provide a web-based tool that lets you create and mint non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Solana blockchain. You upload artwork and metadata, connect your Solana wallet, and sign a transaction to mint an NFT. We build the transaction, upload and pin your assets to decentralised storage (IPFS), and submit the signed transaction to the Solana network.
03 Fees and Payment
A mint fee per NFT is displayed on the site and shown at the time of mint. The fee is paid in SOL as part of the transaction flow. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient SOL in your wallet to cover the mint fee and Solana network transaction costs.
We do not refund fees for failed transactions caused by insufficient funds, network issues, or user error. If a mint transaction fails on-chain before completion, you will not be charged our mint fee for that attempt. Solana network fees for the failed transaction itself may still apply and are not refundable by us.
04 Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You hold all necessary rights to any content you upload, including images, names, and descriptions.
- The content you mint does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- The content you mint is not illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene.
- You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.
- You understand that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
05 No Custody; No Guarantees
We do not custody your assets at any stage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that the service will be error-free, or that the Solana network will confirm any particular transaction. We provide the tool as-is. You are responsible for the outcomes of your use of it.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Always verify transaction details in your wallet before approving.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, digital assets, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
