Privacy Policy

How we handle your information when you use Solana NFT Creator. We minimise what we collect and never sell your data.

Last updated: March 22, 2026

01 Overview

We respect your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect when you use Solana NFT Creator, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your personal data. We minimise what we store and do not custody your wallet or assets.

The short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We don't sell it, don't use it for advertising, and don't store your private keys.

02 Wallet & Blockchain Data

When you connect your Solana wallet, we receive your public wallet address through the standard wallet adapter. We use it to build the mint transaction so the NFT is sent to your address, and to process the mint fee. We do not receive or store your private keys or seed phrase at any point.

Your wallet connection is managed by your wallet provider (e.g. Phantom, Solflare). We do not persist wallet data beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction. Once a mint is confirmed on-chain, we may retain the public wallet address and transaction signature as a minting record.

Blockchain is public: Once your NFT is minted, the mint address, transaction signature, and your wallet address are recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible.

03 Content You Upload

When you create an NFT, you upload an image and metadata (name, symbol, description, royalty percentage). We process this to build the mint transaction and to upload and pin your image and metadata JSON to IPFS via Pinata.

That content becomes part of the public NFT metadata and may be cached or stored by third parties such as marketplaces, wallet apps, and blockchain indexers. We do not use your uploaded content for marketing or any purpose beyond providing the minting service.

04 Technical & Log Data

We may collect technical data when you use the site, including IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and operating the service reliably. Server logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to profile you for advertising.

Data type Why we collect it Retention
IP address Security and abuse prevention Short-term server logs
Browser/device Compatibility and error monitoring Short-term server logs
Request timestamps Service operation and audit trail Short-term server logs
Mint records Transaction record-keeping (wallet + tx) While service operates

05 Cookies & Local Storage

The site may use cookies or browser local storage for essential functionality such as session state and wallet connection preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

06 Third Parties

We use third-party services to operate the platform. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Key providers include:

  • Solana network: Public blockchain — transaction data is permanently public by design.
  • Pinata (IPFS): Stores and pins your NFT image and metadata JSON. Subject to Pinata's privacy policy.
  • Helius (Solana RPC): Solana RPC provider used to submit and confirm transactions.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Used on the contact form. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Your wallet provider: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack etc. handle your wallet connection. Their privacy policies apply.

07 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details on the site.

Please note that data recorded on the Solana blockchain (such as your wallet address and transaction signatures) cannot be deleted or altered by us — it is permanently part of the public ledger by design.

To make a data request, use our contact page. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

08 Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
